MILITARY SPECIFICATION SHEET
TRUCK, LIFT, FORK: DIESEL-ENGINE-DRIVEN, PNEUMATIC-TIRED,
10,000 POUND CAPACITY AT 24 INCH LOAD CENTER, 168 INCH LIFT
This specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
The complete requirements for procuring the truck described herein shall consist of this document and the latest issue of MIL-T-52864.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Capacity: 10,000 pounds at 24-inch load center.
2. Collapsed mast height: 130 inches maximum.
3. Maximum fork height: 168 inches minimum.
4. Free lift height: As applicable.
5. Fork size: 2-9/16 inches maximum thickness X 7-1/16 inches maximum width
X 48 inches long, plus 0 inch minus 1/2 inch.
6. Fork spacing: 18 inches to minimum 56 inches.
7. Overhead guard height: 105 inches maximum.
8. Right-angle turn dimension "A": 210 inches maximum.
9. Underclearane beneath mast assembly: 5 inches minimum.
10. Transmission: Not less than two speeds forward and two speeds reverse.
