TEST METHOD NO. 7


DRIFT


1.  Test Course:


Level, flat surface.


2.  Test Procedure:


a.  Heat the hydraulic oil by exercising the lift and tilt functions.

b.        Raise rated load to maximum fork height obtainable with outer channel in true vertical position.  Mark reference point on mast upper stage.

c.  Record initial outer mast tilt.

d.        Hold for specified time and record downward drift and rotational drift.
